Hydraulic Filter Press with Hydraulic System Control

Hydraulic filter press uses hydraulic system (hydraulic power unit and fuel tank) as its power unit. This kind of filter press offers solid-liquid separation solution by pressing, filtering, washing, drying and other processes. It is widely used in industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, dyestuff, metallurgy, pharmacy, etc.

There is one hydraulic filter press, installed with electrical and hydraulic devices.

Hydraulic filter press uses hydraulic parts as its power unit, which makes it work efficiently.

Four main parts of hydraulic filter press

Main frame.
Filtering parts.
Hydraulic system.
Electronic system.

Working process of hydraulic filter press includes pressing, pressure holding, filtering, cross flow, loosen machine head, discharging, machine head pressing, then go to next working cycle.

Specification

Material of filter plate: rubber, reinforced polypropylene, stainless steel, cast iron.
Filter cake thickness: 25 mm (Table A), 26 mm (Table B), 30 mm (Table C), 35 mm (Table D), 38 mm (Table E), 40 mm (Table F).
Filter plate size: 630 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm, 1500 mm, 1600 mm.
